Please help.I had a bit of a bad time with my episiotomy healing - stiches got infected. Couldnt walk for aboyt 6 weeks but all is mended now however, SEx has become a knightmare. I feel like ive been streched to hell and back and i cant enjoy sex like i used too. I expected that in the beginning but my daughter is now 3 months old and my sex life is no better. I cant do the pelvic floor exercises and am unsure on what else i can do to help. Ive heard of pelvic cones you can buy has anybody tried them? Do they actually work or would i be better off trying to do these pfe's? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have heard of pelvic cones from my dr. There is a website called kegelcompare.com if we are talking about the same thing.( Vaginal weights) i beleive they are more for the woman with bladder problems if kegeling doesn't work. Talk to your dr first. A phone call doesn't cost anything.

you fairly need to attend the entire 6 weeks after childbirth fairly after surgical treatment yet for the reason which you have completed it already until eventually you notice blood or experience strange, you're in all hazard o.k.. After surgical treatment there are huge probabilities of an infection and the penis can unfold an infection fairly no rely if it is not clean. If I have been you i'd wait some extra weeks to be risk-free. (fairly in case you have had uterus issues that mandatory surgical treatment!) solid luck!
