If you have anorexia, you think you're fatter than you really are. So then would you see other people as thinner than they really are?

Having anorexia doesn't really concern yourself with other peoples weight, its denying your real weight. Its not feeling good about yourself for reasons that may be known to you or not. Sometimes people bother me when I watch them eat only because I can't see how people can eat anymore than I did, next to nothing, and be okay with themselves. I have been recovering fro anorexia for 5 years now and remember the feelings well. My weight was the issue with me not any other persons.

Not necessarily. Someone with anorexia may also see other people as fat, and use that standard to help them lose even more weight, because "I don't want to look like that".

The only people some people with anorexia may see as 'thin' are those who are excessively thin-I've even seen websites where people have altered pictures to make models and stars look even thinner than they are.

The link below gives pictures from 'pro-ana' (anorexia) sites and pictures of what some people with anorexia see as the ideal.

Anorexia is such an isolating disorder, you would not really have time to notice anyone else. You would be too concerned with your weight and the control you would need to botain over your body. The counting of calories, the secrets, the starvation process...this all takes time and you seriously would not have spare time to look at anyone else's physique.

Kind of both. Normal people you see as fine. When you see really fat people, you shudder and then go exercise so that you will never, ever, ever be like that.
