is this normal && is there a natural way i can decrease the size of them?

this is normal. u can get vaginal reduction (i think that is what it is called) and it does not hurt much go see a female plastic surgeon what happens is that the doc will put u under Anestassia (Sp) take u into the or and she will use either a lazier or regular surgical tools to do the surgery she will take the walls of your vagina and pull them back and then pull the lips back so there not so big u have to put an anesthetic cream for about 2 weeks but nothing else u will feel sore in that area but that is what the cream is for i personally do not think the surgery should happen but it's your decision it is not natural but it is what i know and i hope i helped

Why would you want to decrease your labia??
Size varies greatly between women.
There is nothing wrong with larger labia. Natural variety.
Do not worry over this. Every one varies in parts of their body.
Some have larger or smaller noses, feet, hands etc. than the next person.
Why are you concerned about this?
