Okay, i got excepted to this modeling thingy. Though i aint fat, im happy with my body, but i want flat abs like a real model . I do alot of sits up and crunches but it's not working out the result like i wanted. I don't want to go to the gym either because i dont want exerise that make me lose my ***.

Right now it seems practically everyone that is near and dear to me is going through some major trouble, either sickness,loss of loved one or serious money trouble. My life is good and I am happy in my life, but it is wearing me out to see those I care about hurt. What do you do? I pray and that helps but whatelse can I do?

Will pilates help me lose weight? i've heard it helps & ten I heard it doesn't.

If I do it along with cardios could I lose fat? i'd like to try the elliptical. I also have PE in school will it help me lose weight with Pilates? Help please!

after a series of visits to hospital and various investigations sufferer is told nothing can be done. The problem is sciatica like stabbing pain in one leg below the knee. It is NOT sciatica, much more severe, is more or less continuous. With regular bouts of such strong pain it is difficult to keep balance. Some pain killers have been subscribed and taken, that is Dihydrakodeine and paracetamol (excuse please my poor spelling). These give very little relief. Reluctant to use stronger medication but is desperate to find some way of alleviating the distress the pain is causing. Has anyone else suffered anything similar or know any words of comfort.
P.S. The condition seems to have been aggravated by a fall onto hard surface floor.

What has a more social stigma to it. Being alchohol dependant or drug dependant? In my opinion being addicted to alcohol has more of a stigma to it. Whats your opinion? Thank you.

i have been having acupuncture, cream from my doctor, herbs chinese, and some dead sea salts, it is all working but the question is which one is working? i dont want to spend any more money as it is really expensive! how can i tell which is more beneficial, i know what you are saying try one at a time but i was desperate! any serious comments wouls be well appreciated thanks!

A male patient, 6 years old complains of multiple spontaneous ecchymoses all over the body but more in the lower limbs with insidious onset and progressive course. They first appeared about 5 months ago with progressive pallor and anorexia. Faded without treatment (except antibiotics!!) then recurred again with the same distribution.
No fever, jaundice, petechial hemorrhage or bleeding per mucous membrane. Normal stool and urine color. Average anthropometric measurements. No hepatosplenomegaly or lymphadenopathy. No bone tenderness or joint swelling.
What's your provisional differential diagnosis?

I lost my virginity to my first boyfriend four months ago. Three weeks after we started having sex I got a yeast infection that lasted up until a week ago. I went to three different doctors and no matter what they gave me, the infection would not go ago. My boyfriend did not have any complains and so I thought it was just a infection as the doctors said. I had sex with my boyfriend one week when I did have any problems. Couple days later I saw a bump on my lubia and then couple days after that three more bumps came up. I went to the doctor and got tested. The results came back that I have Herpes. Could it be that I have herpes and he does not? Also could I get herpes from an yeast infection??

I saw an ENT doc last week and she told me I need a biopsy done on this lump I have under my ear- she said she is not worried about it, and doesnt think its too serious but because it is hard and round and over a cm- it needs to be looked into- and because antibiotics are not taking it away. I am on my second round of antibiotics. My blood work came back fine for my white blood cell count. Do you think because my blood work is fine, it is probably nothing? Has anyone ever experienced this? Finding out they have cancer when there were no other signs? Or bloodwork was fine?

My skin is dry already, but I still get horrible acne in my T zone, and on my cheeks. Then I use acne medication, like netrogena, and it just turns completely dry and no moisturizer I've used have made an difference. And to top it off, I'm just smoothering my zits with it, so I feel like it's just going to make the acne worse.

What cleanser will really really work, like fast as a days time?
Any other methods work? Like freezing, or any home made remedies?
And what is hands down the best oil free moistureizer that I don't have to feel worried about putting on my skin, bought at drugstores?

I got a rash down below from where I trimmed my hear down there with scissors. I am using diaper rash cream and that really isn't working. I am currently using Vaseline and hydrocortoizone cream because I had vaginal eczema but i stopped the hydrocortoizone because it seemed like it was drying me out and now i am just using Vaseline. Would Vaseline be ok? Also, if you have any tips please tell me! *I have never had eczema in the past* Could you also tell me why i get a rash when i trimwith scissors?
