Okay, i got excepted to this modeling thingy. Though i aint fat, im happy with my body, but i want flat abs like a real model . I do alot of sits up and crunches but it's not working out the result like i wanted. I don't want to go to the gym either because i dont want exerise that make me lose my ***.

i dont eat fat food since i hate them. I eat alot of salads && sushi everything. my stomach dont loook big, it's flat. i jus want nice abs.

0ohh && i always do 500 sit up a day . but seem to get me no where.

Keep doing a wide range of general exercises that effect all muscle groups. Not only will you not lose certain attractive areas, they will become more defined. Doing crunches without other exercises is not a good idea because you'll end up with a large muscular stomach that might still have a layer of fat. You could end up looking really terrible.

Also, restrict your fat intake drastically. You don't need all that much fat in your diet. The reduction in fat will help your body get rid of exess deposits. But don't try to get rid of all fat, women are supposed to have some on them and need it for long term good health.

I was a model and unfortunately it takes work. First you got to watch what you are eating. When I needed perfect abs for a shoot I would cut the carbs, not all carbs but make sure you are taking in more protein than carb. Second you need a cardiovascular workout with the crunches, and situps. Without the crdio you will build muscle under the fat and you will not get the results. Also add bicycle crunches and side crunches into your routine. As far as cardio goes jogging, biking or an aerobic routine works great. They even have the new dance workouts that are fun. Abs are hard especially as a female because females naturally end up with weight there. Abs take work and sit ups and crunches alone will not get you too far at all.

If you really want to get some weight off you should eat regularly(3 times a day) only salads,if you like fish,and(as i sayed to others) an egg yolk in some orange juice.But be proud of what God gave to you and have faith that you will get slim.
