I am a girl that really hates exercise,but i want to get slim!
Diet didn't help me so far.

Hihi. I am also on a slimming diet programme. I have been taking this Dr Diet (recommended by my friend), my goal is to lose 6 Kg over 4 weeks, which i have suceeded by the 1st week by losing 2kg, 2nd & 3rd week another 1.5kg down. There are no quick fixes and if there were there would not be a weight epidemic in the country. Exercise is a necessary ingredient to loose weight. The Atkins Diet is extremely effective but dangerous if not done properly and if done for too long. Without exercise the only other option is surgery, like liposuction. I have a lot of friends who hate working out but they go with me to the gym and the workout becomes social as well as effective. Trying walking with a friend it is great exercise and fun if you have a walking partner. You could take up dance or martial art and get in shape without you typical exercise regime.

you need to watch what you eat & your calorie intake. but truth be told in order to lose weight it takes a balance of nutrition& exercise. they go & work together there is no easy way out to loose weight & people don't understand that. you need to work for it;its not just given to you.you make eat healthy but if your noot moving to burn that energy then it is just going to store in your body
