I'm also 14, 5' 4", and used to be 119 pounds. i thought i was fat until i asked my mom and doctor, they said it was just the extra skin that everyone has. i was still determined that it wasn't so now i do crunches, sit ups, some running, and six inches. they help strengthen my stomach and make me feel more healthy. now i' m 110!!

in case you didn't know to do six inches lay on the ground and put your hands under your butt..........then lift your feet up six inches and hold it for 15 seconds. as soon as you can do that hold it for 20 sec. then 25, etc.
try it!!
hope i helped.... : )

First watch what you are eating, exercises are needed but you need to also pay attention to what you are eating. I was a model for years and to keep my weight in check or if I needed to loose weight I watch the carbs. Cutting carbs are the fastest way to get rid of stomach fat. Do not totally cut out carbs but make sure you are taking in more protein. Sit ups, crunches and bicycles work great. Do them together along with side crunches so you are working all the stomach muscles. Also add a cardiovascular workout. If you do not the muscle will form under the fat and it still will not look right. You can bike, jog, or try an aerobics workout. Dance workouts are a lot of fun and effective.

You can't have no fat on your stomach, you have to have some amount of fat to survive. And if you only pinching half an inch of fat, that is very good. If you can pinch only half an inch all over, I'd estimate your body fat to be around 20%, which is ideal.

Please don't become obsessed about being skinny, because you sound fine. Just tone up your stomach with crunches, but don't lose any weight. HTH : )

well, i have to say it sounds like your in pretty good shape. If u are 100 pounds and 5'4 i really doubt you have that big of a stomach. I would tell u to maybe keep doing ur sit ups even try crunches they are more affective! watch what you eat but DONT DIET! For someone your age dieting can cause alot of growth delays if at all! You are still a growing "child" and you dont want that to get messed up! Just be more active go for a swim, do some sports! You will get there adventually

There's an exercise specially for getting rid of stomach fat.

Get a chair at home and place your legs on the chair's seat in the push-up position and put your hands on the ground to carry your body up.

Make sure your body is straight or else it will strain your spine.

move your body up and down like doing push-ups and make sure : keep your body straight and keep doing that movement few times a day

Eat low/no fat foods. No soda. Lots of protein. Run every single day for at least 30minutes-1hour and lift weights 4-5 times a week focuesing on different muscle groups.

Sweetboba is an idiot and so is Michelle M. That will just give you stronger stomach muscles, you'll still have the fat. Losing fat has to do with calories, not carbs. They are uneducated buffoons. You don't lose fat from one place, you lose it from all over your body when you take in fewer calories than you put out. Exercise like walking, running, playing sports, etc

Control your eating habits and WALK. Walking is great to lose weight. I say, WALK, to you, because youre only 14- and you can lose this weight FAR FAR FAR easier than someone who is 30, for example. Youre STILL growing. Youre gonna grow TALLER and this "fatty area" is going to EVEN out, PRACTICALLY on its own. But walk. Walking is a seriously good way to burn calories. You can do crunches and all that BS but because of your age, you will basically GROW out of the fat in time, provided you watch your caloric intake and continue to get out and walk. DONT drink sodas. Why? Because its LIQUID calories. Your stomache doesnt have to break it down and use energy to make use of it, its already LIQUID and thus, its going to apply fat to your belly. Think of beer drinkers. Its going to their STOMACH and its liquid calories. Stick to solid foods and water. And walk.
And most importantly, dont look in the mirror at your body, you will only come to the belief that youre staying the same. Its like a watched pot never boils. Look at yourself today, and then look at yourself in the mirror 2 months later and you will see a difference.

You're probably pinching skin, and there's nothing you can do about that! If you want to tighten and tone, you could try crunches, situps and maybe pilates. But for your height, you are possibly underweight already...
