Im going for 7 days but is that too long? Would it be healthier to do it for just 3?

hellooooo! are you still there?
Why are you doing that? The only "fast" you should be experiencing is during sleep.
If this is a weight loss thing, consider switching to "controling your portions" and exercising... walking... more often.
Fasting in very hard on your vital organs!!!!!

7 days is waaaay too long thats just unhealthy...i'd say 3 days is reasonable
