how do you shave well as in to avoid cuts and get the clean-shaven,fresh new look?

would you opt for plastic surgery i was always the target at school for bullies from male and female and always getting beaten i am 34 now and i finished work after my boss bullied me in the office she said i was different among other non related work issues i have been called ugly by dejays etc when just asking for a song if you had the money would you change your appearance for yourself or for others i would do it for myself i was last called freak show and i am fed up of all the nasty comments my face gets children even shout state on that when i go out so i tend not to go out too much fed up of the critisism that i recieve i have just recovered from a nervous breakdown and tried to end my life because of peoples judgements i know they say its what the inside that matters and beauty is only skin deep but even i dont like what i see in the mirror any more people use me and take advantage of me because i have no confidence i am always tearful and suffer with clinical depression

my husband reckons he is cold, now that he has retired he spends of his time sat on his pc, with the radiator turned nearly to full on, and the thermostat in the hall has got to be at least 71 or 72. Although I try and keep in one of the coolest rooms, I have still got my chores to do, and I get very hot. I can`t pass any comments, as he is one of these funny people, whom you daren`t say anything to, as he knows better than anyone else

Lately I feel like everyone is going to die when im in the car thinking were gonna get into an accident makes me uneasy and my blood just feels so heavy,if I don't touch a certain object right I think thats something bad is going to happen.Every detail in my life I worry,and I get mad really easily plus Im extra sensitive.I think people are after me sometimes or talking about me.I feel so depressed and im having a hard ime sleeping and I hate the light.

I heard the products dermatologist give you work better, because they know what type of skin you have. But my acne marks would be considered mild but I do have them and they really piss me of! Also have these 3 very tiny dents because of pimples. I really want to see a derm.

My ex boyfriend's parents and I are very close. We still get together for holidays and what not. They are also the grandparents of my 8 year old daughter. I just found out that my ex's dad has cancer in his gull bladder. He is going into surgery on Dec 11 to have his gull bladder removed. They are not sure whether the cancer has or will spread to the rest of his body. What can I do to bring them some comfort and show support in this time? ive just been told by the school nurse to go see an out-of school councillor. i self-harm and i'm thought to be depressed. i've been working with people at school for a while now but it's not realy helping. i'm not sure if i want to go to this councillor/therapist though. i dont like talking to people and aren't very good at opening up. i'm very much a person who kelps themselves to themselves.
i have to make a desicion though.

any advice? also any experience with councillors and stuff i would be very grateful for (i.e. what happens, what they ask)
i have no idea what to do or say if i go. i'm really worried what it's going to be like.
