Hello,

These are classic symptoms associated with a food intolerance, it could be that your intolerant to wheat products, which means gluten.

**The best way to find out if this is true, is to stop eating bread, or foods containing wheat, or wheat flour (bread, biscuits, pizzas, etc, etc) Be aware that an aweful lot of processed foods contain or are made from wheat or wheat flour.

**If the pain & bloating is roughly about 20mins after you've eaten a meal that would sound like intolerance.

**If the pain is located in the left side of the abdomen then it would prove the problem is likely to be within the large colon.

**If the pain comes frequently i.e. with every meal or say every evening meal then you should consult your GP for a specific diagnosis and finally DONT put off going to your doctor. Because if you do a) it may only get worse b) might make treatment more difficult.

**The good news is that if you do have food intolerance you can treat it successfully purely through making changes to your diet and avoid the foods that your body cannot deal with. i.e. no drugs required.

**Food intolerance is extremely common and the numbers of people affected by this have literally exploded in the last few years. Why? because of the way we grow, heavest and process foods and the way we live our lives on top, stress, etc. All these things have a direct impact on health.

Could be irritable bowel syndrome. Write down everything you eat so that you can see what type of food starts you off. Come off coca cola if you drink that, and also all fizzy drinks. Try and open your bowels each day. The best exercise if you suffer from constipation is to kneel on the floor and bend forward and back (as the Muslims do when praying) Go and see your Doctor for advice, diet sheet and medication.

When I eat oily foods, I get a sour stomach and bloating, especially at night.
I would stick with bland foods for awhile, take Tums, exercise, research and remove stress, and if the pains are strong, see your doctor. Might be an ulcer.

There are many reasons 4 stomach pains & bloating. I mean it could just be indigestion or maybe it could be something more serious. If you're getting really bad pains, go see the doc!!

Eating too much is a big cause of such things. So is eating spicy food that perhaps you are sensitive to. So is eating any food to which you have a sensitivity.

Maybe you even have IBS. There's so many possibilities, it sounds like something to see the GP about.

It COULD BE IBS (Irregular Bowel Syndrome), water weight gain, or a number of things. I'm not offering a diagnosis....I'm only passing on what I know. Check with your doc, to be safe.

Maybe because you eat too much processed junk food.

Try taking some pro-biotics like live yogurts or acidophiles
