Sounds like anxiety perhaps some depression also , the drug paxil works for me and have had no problems since I began taking it along with zanax . It is prescribed for anxiety, depression and obsessive compulsive difficulties. There are other drugs available also. Get checked out you'll be glad you did . It could be from a chemical imbalance in your body and these drugs stimulate your body to produce more which then helps the problem. Good luck there are solutions so no need to continue putting up with it.

No you do not.
You suffering from over load.
Too much on your plate.
You worry too much about things you probably do not need to worry about.
Relax.
Spend time thinking about things you enjoy.
Tell yourself first things first.
One day at a time.
Make yourself a schedule and stick to it.
Reward yourself.
Talk things out with someone you feel you can trust.
Try to avoid taking medication for the way you feel.
Just one more monkey you have to get off your back later.
Learn to meditate.
Focus on positive emotions.

It sounds like you are not only suffering from anxiety, but obsessive compulsive disorder and anger management issues. My advice is to consult a therapist, and perhaps you can delve into the reason that you are suffering, and correct it before it completely debilitates you! Good luck, and you are worth it!!!!

You need to see a Doctor and insist they refer you to a Counsellor and/or psychiatrist. This sounds a little more serious than depression to me because there is paranoia in there and possible obsessive behaviour. If you are doing any recreational drugs please stop but if I have misjudged you in any way, I apologise. Please talk about your feelings with someone you trust. You can take medication and with counselling hopefully you will feel better. Make little changes in your life to make you feel better, happier and more in control.

This is a very good blog, a beginner’s guide to abnormal psychology.
Short, clear and simple; and you can even post your question and contact the author regarding particular subject you are interested in, for FREE

Dear friend, my advice to you would be to see your family doctor asap. Anxiety, depression, OCD,.....are all linked in some way. I am not a doctor, but do have experience in this area. Please take a deep breath, go to your doctor, be completely honest with him/her, and they should be able to help you, you would be surprized to how many people get down and need help........and please remember, we all fall down sometimes, and just need a little bit of help, no shame in that.........good luck to you.

Whatever is happening, it will pass. Just stay away from psychiatrists!! They will ruin your life. I cannot stress that enough. They ruined mine. http://antipsychiatry.org
Don't let them put you on mind numbing meds.
