The best thing i can think of is to do the reverse, do it all and then drop one thing at a time and see if it makes any difference.
If it does, thats the thing you should continue with, if it doesn't then you have eliminated that as part of the successful treatment.
You may find it is a combination of all of these things that are having a positive effect.
If that is the case, what is the minimum amount of treatment you need to stay healthy? Reduce all the treatments by the tiniest bit at a time and see when it starts to make a telling difference, this way you know what the minimum level of treatment should be.
I hope this is of some help in finding out - best wishes for a speedy and sustained recovery.

I was diagnosed with psoriasis at age 14 and now I am 36 years old. You can say that I have tried just about every medicine both approved by FDA and trial without much success. Examples include Enbrel, Humira, oral meds, creams, oils, salts, coal tar, etc and the list is much more extensive that I can't even remember all of the names. But recently after someone shared this video https://tr.im/psoriasisCureDwtT everything has changed. My psoriasis completely cleared by putting these changes in place. I only wish I'd taken photos of before and after because it truly has been miraculous. I am getting married in Oct, 2015 and I am wearing a strapless gown that also shows my back and I am confident (not like before) that my skin will be soft and pretty vs red and flakey.

i dont think its a good idea to be using lots of different treatments at the same time but i do understand how desperate you are to be in remission as i have suffered from p for 16 years for me personall y i find that if i have a long soak in the bath and smoother my self in aqueous cream it doest get too flakey and i can cope with it better
if your psoriasis is really getting you down and you have quite a bit of coverage ask your derm for uvb treatment its brilliant -i had it and although im starting to get it back was clear for 5 months

I used to have psoriasis really bad on my legs. We got a caravan down at the seaside and used the beach a lot. I suddenly noticed that the psoriasis was disappearing. I put it down to kneeling in the rough salty sand on the beach. I think it really worked, nothing else ever managed to get rid of it. Never had it since, that was over 15 years ago.

Depression and psoriasis are linked, as I am sure you are aware. When you are depressed the psoriasis is worse. I think the key to tretament is to control your depression and your psoriasis will improve. I have heard of an excellent form of yoga known as pranayam, which involves different breathing exercises and has known to improve psoriasis on its own. Read about pranayam on the net or there are many books available in a good bookstore. Good luck.

so think it depends on how miserable you are has taken 10yrs to get to this ...think it is much maligned affliction and mostly heritated I'm sorry but go for it
