life fitness, hammer strength, and icarian weight stacks at the gym. my goal is to maintain the muscle mass i have. i do make some gains but very slowly as i am only lifting one day a week. i do bench, military, curls, tris all for 3 or 4 sets.
also, i do lats, abs, lower back, leg curls, reverse leg curls, pec deck and dips for 1 set of each.
how many days should i take off after doing a workout like this before doing a cardio workout. is it enough to skip one day after this lifting workout before doing cardio?
