There are some great tips on here for losing baby wieght but personally I found getting Jordan DVD workput works a treat, its fun, its happy and you dont feel like its a chore!
I also bought a juicer and was having fuit juices etc ratr than snaking and the wieght fell off

never say diet cause you will never stick to it call it healthy eating instead.i have 2 children and put on a lot of weight with both of them but managed to loose it.just have balanched meals make sure you drink lots of water and eat lots of fruit and veg never deprieve yourself of anything you fancy otherwise you will start to crave sweet stuff.do some exercise as well some sit ups etc.dont try these quick fix diets because you will never be able to keep the weight off.as for strecth marks you will never get rid of them all these creams that you can buy are a waste of time and money just moisturize your body everyday with co co butter.dont use the sunbed because this will make your strecth marks look even worse

DON'T USE BIO OIL it costs a lot more than it's worth and it doesn't even work it's a total rip of!!! i've been on the net about stretch marks and unfortunately u can't get rid of then soz but co co utter makes it look like they're not there

there are lots of creams on the arket now espescially for stretch marks, but toning up by doing some exercise would help, why not do fun exercise rather than mundane stuff. do something like aerobics where you get to dance along to the music? Also just doing things like all your housework or gardening at a good speed will provide easy exercise!
