I dont like popping a whitehead when I get one because it leaves a little hole and I dont like covering it up with make up bacause i think it gets more infected please let me know whats the best and quickest way tro get rid of a whitehead with out leaving a scar on my face . Thank you.

I looked in the mirror yesterday and had a large bump on my forehed. When I squeeze it clear liquid comes out. I am pretty sure its a cyst. This has happened to me twice before and it alsways clears up on its own. I am going out of town to meet my new inlaws and I need to know how to get rid of this ASAP. Now it is starting to look like a scab, Can anyone help please

I gained weight after I had my son. 2 almost 3 years ago. But I only gained it about 1 year ago. Have had alot of stomach problems but now I really have a guy figure. I have almost a gut that sags a bit i have like a ring around me. I look in the mirror and I cant stand to see myself. I think this causes problems with sex too. Ok so here's the problem! So I was on bc pills for like 3 years then this past July I went off the pill. I still had my normal period that month. then in august I went back on then for like 4 days and stopped. I still got my normal period. but im september I didnt get a period untill october 14th. it was very heavy but normal. Now its the 21st of november and im still waiting for my period! is it still from the bc pills or could it be something else???

I took one today and one yesterday and they both came up negative.Eventhough I havent missed a period yet It said I should get accurate results as long as my period is due within the next 4 days and it is.

I have anxiety and depression, I have been prescriped Prozac. I orginally started with 20MG, but I am very phobic of Meds so I had them lower the dosage to 10mg. I have not taken them yet, my boyfriend keeps pressuring me to take them. But, I really want to overcome this with out being dependent of medicine. I know that the meds are a crutch to get over the hump. I am activily going to therapy once a week. I know the meds are good, but I cause my self to have aniexty attacks when I am on them.
Has anyone had this or overcome the two without medication? Input/experiance/thought are appreciated!
