Nope, not even surgery can get rid of them--maybe SOME, but certainly not all. I know this because I had a tummytuck last year, and it only removed in the portion of excess skin that was taken out, below my bellybutton. Anything left towards the top was still there, but the overall effect was less marks, because the entire area was pulled down.

Prevention is better than cure. Vitamin E oil should be regularly applied 5th month onwards during pregnancy
