Anxiety symtoms vary but most suffers experience fatigue, stomach/bowel upset, headaches, inability to concentrate, loss of appetite, weight loss/gain(overeating) difficulty in getting to sleep, inability to enjoy hobbies etc.Can be chronic.

Some of the symptoms of panic attack are a sudden and overwhelming fear that completely take you over coupled with rapid shallow breathing, chest pains, racing heart, feeling that you are having a heart attack and are going to die. This can all sem to happen for no apparent reason. The attack is usually short lived, 3-5 minutes. It's a really crappy experience but is very treatable.

It is almost impossible to live with tinnitus but you don't have to. If you are hearing the noises, whether all the time or intermittently, you must seek treatment immediately. But sadly, conventional treatments only treat the symptoms of tinnitus and may provide temporary relief at best.

The only way you could ever get rid of your tinnitus for good is by following the holistic approach to healing. By using a multidimensional treatment for tinnitus, we are tackling all tinnitus causative factors and eliminating these triggering elements from the root. This is the only path for permanent freedom from tinnitus.

I highly suggest reading and following the techniques adviced by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn PhD in his books. He deals primarily in/with anxiety and stress, as well as many other mental ailments !! He provides Many self-help, and self coping strategies for a person to use to deal successfully with anxiety. He also has a thriving, successful clinic in Mass.
Another Most Excellent person is Dr. Andrew Weil. He deals with Anxiety, pain and illnesses.
Books by these authors start at only $3.70 on Amazon.com They also have a combined audio
CD book together, which is very Good, and quite helpful. I have a few books and audio CD books by these authors, to reduce stress and obtain rest/peace. They work well for any mental or physical ill-ness.

Good Question. THANK YOU !!!

The symptoms vary from person to person. In my case, I felt faint and lightheaded. I think this was because I would breathe too much air when I became stressed in a situation. There also are symptoms of nausea, chest pains, stomach pains, etc...You must get to the source of the problem and learn to cope with the stresses of life. Good Luck ... things get better when you learn to deal with them ... I'm proof!

My chest was hurting last year and it freaked me and my wife out. we went to the ER anticipating something heart related and was told it was from anxiety. Get checked out, but remember: MANY MANY DIAGNOSIS have increased over the past 10 years for Anxiety and Depression Related illness.. Many have been prescribe anti depressants... Big Pharmaceutical companies reporting record sales.. hmmmmm Day to day anguish is normal for any person... The level and affinity is on an individual basis, but docs seem to be real quick to diagnose these ailments of everyday life.

Not everyones symptoms are the same, I had it a few years ago and it felt sort of like a stroke, chest pain, pain going down your left arm, dizziness, feeling like your throat is closing up and you can't breathe. It is a scary thing. I got mine from drinking too much caffeine and taking allergy pills for an extended amount of time. I quit both of these and have never had them again. They kind of feel like you are going to die.

You name it, i got it!

It usually started with my ears popping or something - that would cause a whole load of crap to come on. Chest pain, dry mouth, dizziness, sweaty palms, the shakes, a headache. it was ugly. I would worry about every little ache and pain that i had and wonder if it was something super serious and things like that. I have it under control now - had to get an RX - i am currently taking 40mg of cymbalta and it has helped tremendously.

Hope that helps some.
