Do it! Do it!
It would drive me insane!!! I'd pop it, then rub the spot periodically with astrigent or rubbing alcohol to dry it up.

Popping zits only spreads the bacteria, and helps the possibility of scarring. The best thing to do is wash your face with salicylic acid 2% at in the morning and at night. At night run an ice cube over the infected areas and put benzoyl peroxide (BP)(refrigerated) on top. Then put a cold pack from your freezer on top of the BP. Leave for ten minutes. With a dry cloth wipe of the BP but be sure to leave the residue for action overnight.

Try using a washcloth and hot water. Wet the wash cloth and hold it on the whithead applying a small amount of pressure. You may have to do it a couple of times but normally it brings everything to the surface. Once everything is at the surface, use the washcloth with hot water again and wipe it away using a small amount of pressure to get everything out. You may need to wipe it off more than once just make sure to use a clean part of the washcloth.

I get facials and what you should do is when you get out of the shower cuz of the steam your pores will get soft and pop it and gentaly massage it till the liqued turns to clear and then the infection is gone if you dont like using your fingers use a Q-tip. Then put some acne or not to harsh moisterizer and everything should be ok.

Exfoliate your skin once a week using a paste of honey and sugar. It's gentle and honey is very moisturizing so it'll help clear your skin. For a really good cream look for Monsia skincare online, its vitamin C and natural stuff which will help a ton with uneven skin and acne scars. They have toner, cleanser, night and day creams. Really good stuff and works like a charm if you use them properly along with good hygiene and a good diet.

What kind of skin do you have, oily? If you do, popping it is the only way.
Then leave off the makeup until it heals overnight, wash your face twice a day with a noncomedogenic facial cleanser then follow with a toner (witchhazel,, which is cheap and natural)

Waiting for it to dry out and heal on it's own or popping it are your only options.

Dry it out with alcohol, then it will get all hard and fall off by itself. No scaring.
