of course it is! Any exercise is better than no exercise. A good workout a couple hours before bedtime might help you sleep better too!

I like the mid afternoon.especially in winter. It's warmer and I have had most of the day to limber up. and its a great way to wake up and get some energy after work to get me through the evening

Any exercise at any time is better than no exercise at all. Exercise when it is most convenient for yourself.

The important thing with excersise is that you do it. Do is when it is convenient for you it doesn't really matter when that is.
