I exercise in the morning when I first wake up because I've heard that exercising at night before bed isn't as effective for whatever reason. I also exercise in the morning because I don't have time for it any other time of the day.

I do both because I am getting to the point of getting stiff. In the morning gets me going. In the evening, gets me relaxed well ahead of bedtime

morining is best as it gets the body going and wakes you up, and apparently it burns up more calories and you can go for longer...but I just have time for the evening
