Both. In the morning I climb the stairs 9 stories to my office. In the evening I walk 45 min.

I exercise in the morning when I first wake up because I've heard that exercising at night before bed isn't as effective for whatever reason. I also exercise in the morning because I don't have time for it any other time of the day.

run in the morning after a little breadfast then eat real breakfast

then come back round 5 to work out again when my strength levels are at their maximum...everyone if probably saying thats too much but each workout is only about 20 mins -30 mins long....

both but I don't really have a choice. PT with the army. excercise all the time. I like working out in the morning better though.

I do both because I am getting to the point of getting stiff. In the morning gets me going. In the evening, gets me relaxed well ahead of bedtime

morining is best as it gets the body going and wakes you up, and apparently it burns up more calories and you can go for longer...but I just have time for the evening
