Tubal Pregnancies after Hysterectomy?

Has there been any documented Tubal Pregnancies after a Partial Hysterectomy where only the Uterus was removed?. If so, where can I learn more about it?.

Normally with the removal of the uterus, the tubes are ligated and while there have been some amazing incidents in medicine, it would seem nearly impossible for such an event to occur.
