ok you should get approximately 6-7 hrs of sleep everyday.eat more of vegetables and fruits n drink lots of fruit juices. do not eat excess of oily food. try to exercise daily for around half n hour or meditate every morning for atleast 10-15 minutes

eat 3 meals a day. not junk food. exercise everyday. and drink lots of water plus juices and stuff like that. stay off the sugary drinks. also get at least 7 hours of sleep.

close your mouth,your upper jaw should tight with your lower jaw and now do deep breathing for 20 min do it twice a day.
