The information is out there, eat better food that has more nutrition and less calories, and take some exercise. So why is this one of the most frequent questions? Is the magic answer going to appear that means you can lose weight without changing a lifestyle of poor diet and inactivity?

MY daughter is 20 yrs old and she is mildly physical and mentally handicapp, she has pneumonia, but it is not bad enough to put her in the hospital. Does she has to stay in bed or can she sit up and watch tv?

I am 26 years old and I have never lost till now a loved one. My grandfather died when I was 8, and he died in the same room where I was. When I woke up in the morning, my grandma had already covered him with a white sheet. I was a child then and I didn't undersand much...but now I know that it affected me a lot, and affected my whole life. 3 years ago my grandmother died,but we weren't close. However seeing her in the coffin kept haunting me for a year. I thought I had become mad. Since then other I've lost other 2 uncles, not so close neither of them to me. Everybody else went to see them before closing the coffin. I couldn't. It made me phisically sick just the thought of seeing a dead person.
I don't know what the problem is with me...if there is anyone who can give me an idea of how to get over my panic, I would appreciate!

I broke my left fibula three days ago, and need to return to school. But I am no master of the crutches, dose any one have any tips?? My biggest problem is the weather (rain, ice, snow), my school has linoleum flooring so it gets really slippery… living in Nova Scotia on crutches in the winter not fun and any tips would be welcome; )

This has been my problem ever since. I usually don't have small pimples or acne on my face, but I have a big pimple either on my forehead or at the tip of my nose instead. It's really frustrating, since it's always been the center of attention due to it's size and redness. The pimple usually comes out before I have my period and stays up to more or less 2 weeks. It appears again the next month during my period. Can anybody help? thanks

hi guys, since months back, my anus has been bleeding and I have been suffering from discomfort in my anus. When tyhe muscles in the anus are tightened, i can feel the pain contracted in it, and sometimes, it bleeds. Now, it bleeds even more, and i can see traces of blood whenever i wipe the area. It can be frightening, and when i felt my anus, i can feel a small lump at it. what could it be?

this months past period was about 5 days early and light. I was thinking it was spotting and i could be pregnant, but i took 3 tests in the past month and they all came out negative. i also dont have tender boobs or morning sickness, some of the first signs of pregnancy. but for the past week, about 2 weeks after my periond ended, i have had quite a bit of severe cramping and bloating, and sometimes sharp pain in my abdomin. my breasts seam to be swollen but im also only 18. could the pain i am experiancing be ovarrian cysts, i dont know much about it. Im going to have my mother make a gyno appointment, but i want to make sure that i am not pregnant before i do (my mom would freak out if she knew i have had sex before).
