I usually drink fruit juice in the morning, in the afternoon I'll eat fruits and a bar of chocolate( I can't stop, I just love it and I'll have one bar per day), and if I'm hungry I'll eat a small bowl of porridge or half packet of noodles. Then I'll just eat vegetables in the night... I do run and do many cardio but I just don't seem to lose weight... I ain't overweight, in fact I'm ain't that fat... but I just need to lose weight -about another 4/5kg!!- help!!! I'm feeling very low because of this.
