Although i'm a man i dont have a flat chest
one side of my chest is not normally flat
the other side is ok
the mid part of my chest is gone inside
i'm worried
what should i do?

I would have it looked at by a doctor, and I will not be rude as others have. I played basketball with a guy that had this back when I was younger, so I know exactly what you are talking about. If I am not mistaken, your chest looks like it bows in, does it not? Almost like if you are laying flat, you could hold a small amount of water in the cavity? I know there is a condition, and I will research it more and give you a more definative answer as to what it is.
