my dad had a heart attack 2 yrs ago and is now 84 but last week i rang him and he sounded really bad and confused, his speach seemed a bit slurred and he was rambling he does not drink or smoke, i went over and the house was a mess he has pulled things out of cuboards and couldnt remember doing it, he had a flu jab 2 weeks ago last week he was fine now he appears totally different and is very confused with his memory, the dr's dont think its another heart attack or stroke and might be a virus, any suggestions

About 5 years ago I was taking prozac because of my depression and it really helped me to feel good. I was only on it for about 6 months and even on a low dose. I was engaged to be married at the time and after being on this medication for two months I suddenly lost my sex drive. I mean (((0))) interest. I had to basically force myself to have sex with my fiance and it hurt me bad because I wanted to want to have sex but my body wouldn't feel that way. I ended up stopping the medication because no sex drive became more of a problem for me. It took almost four months to get it back again. Does anyone have personal expierence with anti-depressents that didn't effect their libido or sex drive? Please let me know your expierences. Thanks,

good morning everyone! I really hope someone can help me.: every day it takes me around 50 minutes or more to decide what to wear. I try ALL my clothes just to end up wearing the first thing I tried. I buy lots of clothes and after one or two weeks I just do not feel like wearing them anymore, so I buy new clothes, and so on and so on.
Is this a problem of self-image? (because after a while I just do not like how the clothes look anymore?)
Do you have any recommendations for me?

Years ago, my first chow suffered from arthritis. This was before the days of rymadyl, duramax & other canine medicines. I was able to keep her comfortable with acupuncture, shark cartilage, and other chinese herbs.

Now, my current dog is showing signs of arthritis again. The rymadyl isn't working as I had hoped. So, I"m going to start her on the regimen that kept my previous dog comfortable. Only problem is I can't remember the herbs prescribed. I believe alfalfa was one, but I know there were chinese herbs as well.

Anyone able to offer any suggestions until I can find a decent holistic vet?

I either had a horrible spot come up or I got bitten on my face about a year ago and it became infected. The skin went dry and flaky on my cheek. Now I have been left with a very bright red, slightly indented mark on my face.

The doctor said it was a scar and a facial beautician said it was pigmentation.

I have tried Bio Oil, microdermabrasions, glycolic peels, cocoa butter, cocoa scar cream, special pigmentation cream and nothing has worked. It has really lowered my confidence because I wont leave the house without covering it up, and even then it is so obvious I have it there, on my face. I have tried dermablend and had no luck.

Can anyone help?

I work until 1am so I try not to eat on my break at 9 other then a snack and eat my supper at my desk around 6-7. I fall asleep at 4:30-5am (read previous questions for more info). I need to build up my energy. I'm gaining weight because I eat at weird times plus I eat bad foods to keep my energy up. What foods should I eat and at what time so I can make it though 10am- to 1am.?
