you should definitely not squeeze it then! boils are caused by bacteria in the blood and squeezing them can release the bacteria back into the bloodstream and cause more...I have had many (unfortunate, I) and this is what I've read about them. Best thing is to let it go on it's own, painful as it is...could see a doc and get an antibiotic though...this could help.

It sounds like you have a pilonidal sinus it is a infection of the hair folicel it mainly happens in big men who sit around all day. Don't worry it is quite common and the only way to remove it is to see your doctor and have it laced that way. You will also get antibiotics to clear up any infection that it left. Speack to your doctor as soon as and they will be able to help.

Go to a doc/clinic and get it lanced. It will hurt a bit, but it's better than keeping it.
