ok, assuming you're actually serious, it's an exercise
lie down on the floor with your legs bent. raise your chest to your knees with your hands interlocked behind your head. you can also do them with your legs stright on the floor, or in other variations, but the first is most popular

OH come on i thought you would have chosen the other option....?
Lay on the floor with knees up and feet on the floor, and sit up using your stomach muscles.
The other option is better......

lay on ur back, bend your legs so your knees are up in the air, and place your hands on the back of ur head. now lift your top part of your body and bring it up until you sort of touch ur knees with ur chin. these are also called abdominals, just in case u know them by that name.
