It's difficult to say, but it sounds like you've eaten an allergen. And it's likely if you were eating that allergen with your hands and then rubbed your eyes, it may explain why you have swelling.

Try to think back to the day before the rash appeared and remember what you ate. Go to your Doctor or Pharmacy but the best thing to do is drink lots of water and watch your diet.

Sounds like a classic allergic reaction. Try to keep a diary of what you eat, or things that you may put on your skin and see if there is a pattern so that you can find out what it is. It does sound fairly serious though, lips swelling isn't a good sign and I would recommend that you see your GP to arrange for tests.

It is called HIVES or nettle rash. My partner gets it and it is weird. Antihistamines help with rash but don't get to cause of problem. Get an allergy test.

That sound like allergic reaction to me, could be from food, could be from some kind make up you are using, or do you have a pet, cat, dog, or bird, they are usually favourite for that, try some Anti Histamine, if that does not sort it see your GP

If it is Herpes labialis (Herpes simplex virus 1), it has to to be taken very seriously. It can cause you blindness. Herpes infection of the eye is a leading cause of blindness in the US, causing scarring of the cornea.
Consult an ophthalmologist.
