If it were in your "windpipe", i.e. your trachea, you wouldn't be able to type that question. You would have suffocated. Perhaps you mean your esopahgus. Your, um, well---"swallow pipe", since you don't seem to know how the body works.
It won't be stuck. You might need to drink some water to help the peristalsis contractions ease it down.
It will get to your stomach, dissolve, and you will be fine.

No, it will not get stuck in your body. It will pass through your GI tract and then be expelled like all the other waste products that your body can't use. But it isn't a good idea to swallow gum all the time. It isn't meant to be swallowed and it takes extra effort for your body to break it down. Just spit it out.

do we sense panic? don't worry, it's definately not stuck in your wind pipe. u should drink a glass of water or maybe try some bread. it cannot stick as your esophogus is lubricated. try to focus on something else and this will pass. good luck

If this is true, you should go to the doctor or the emergency room. Dn't mess around with it - if you can't get it out by eating a bnana or a piece of bread, get some help.
