MY reduce is increasing drastically .Now i am 79 and the height is 165cm and i want to reduce my weight

Okay the healthiest way, is to reduce all the luxury foods and drinks, and replace them with protien shakes and bars.

These provide the protein that food these days do not have. They will also fill you up, and provide you with all the nutirition you need without putting on weight.

Try eating smaller meals more often. Instead of 3 big meals, have 5 small meals. A meal can be a glass of orange juice and an apple. Exercise will help speed up the weight loss process. However, you can run all day and never lose a pound if you don't change your diet. Try foods high in protein. You can still have carbs, but try to only use complex carbs like oat-meal. Stay away from sugar as much as you can. You can still have desert but not too often. I treat myself to ice cream or cake once a week. The trick is not to go on a diet for a few weeks. You should change the your eating habits and stick with them. You might want to try moderate weight lifting to build up muscle. The health benefits of having more muscle go beyond weight loss.
