i cant find time 4 workouts
im eatin low fat food
will my skippin d workouts affect my health?

you will be fine; but focus on your eating; try to keep it healthy and that gives you good energy; and try to move around in everything you do; i mean if you are busy at the office; walk around and make some stretching movements:) and don't worry; few days wont hurt if you eat good things:)

Yes it will I'm afraid.
We all need some time just for ourselves, if we don't get it, we become stressed and unwell. So make some time for yourself, relax sometimes, you'll get more done in the long run.

yep me too in the same zone... dont have time to work outs .
but its nice that u r maintaining low fat food.. Take fruits thats the best of food
