I was always chubby ! I've never been obese. Just a bit heavy like lots of people.
I'm still a chocaholic.
I still don't get much exercise.Just trying to catch the cracked thouroughbred horses I possess !
I can still eat twice my weight.( The Irish tend to have large appetites for food as well as drink )
I'm not eating anything different.
Still taking in lots of carbs, sugar etc. but I have lost weight. Don't get me wrong I'm delighted but just curious.
I'm 19.
Am I finally losing the "baby fat" ??

By the way, I know that smoking helps to lose weight. I don't smoke and never have.
I don't drink either.

The same thing happened to me several years ago. I dropped 20 pounds without even trying. Like you, I was doing nothing different. Still eating sweets, basically whatever I wanted. I went to get checked out since diabetes runs in my family, on both sides. Everything checked out fine, my doctor told me it must be stress. I didn't know that stress could cause weight loss, but he said it could. But let me encourage you to see a doctor about this if you continue to lose weight. I can't imagine a 19 year old having that much stress, but I don't know what your life is like. Take care of yourself now, so that when you reach my age, you'll feel much better.

you're not losing your 'baby fat' aka body fat. In order to decrease body fat, you would need to increase your heart rate through cardio and go on a much lower calorie diet.

you can't really depend too much on weight..because there's a lot of factors that play into it..making it changing slightly from day to day. Decreased sodium intake can make you lose water weight..so it could be that. Weighing yourself at different times of day could mess your records up.
