It's most likely that your body is conserving all the calories from food that it can because you're undereating compared to the amount of exercise you do.
Also it doesn't sound like your diet is very balanced, so your body will probably try to use as much of the minerals etc... that it can from the food you DO eat. On top of that, your diet seems to be very carbohydrate oriented (noodles, porridge, fruit, vegetables). That also won't help with weight loss as carbohydrate that isn't burned as energy is stored as fat.
Try having a bowl of cereal on the mornings with your fruit juice - something like muesli or shredded wheat is probably a good choice.
Have a decent hot meal at lunch time - you need to include a decent amount of protein in your diet - this can come from red meat or from beans, lentils and such.
Then have a lighter meal in the evening, maybe a salad or sandwiches - fish sandwiches such as tuna, salmon etc... are good, as is something like sardines on toast.
Don't forget, no matter what the TV shows or magazines etc... try to tell you - your body NEEDS fat to survive - fat is a major component of the sheath that covers every nerve in your body, insulating it so that the signals are sent where you want and not randomly all over the place. Fat will come from various oils and from dairy products.
You may put on a small amount of weight to start with, this is just the body adjusting to the new balance of food, and getting used to not having to "hoard" everything like it has been doing. Once it's settled down, just continue eating a balanced diet and doing the exercise and you WILL start to see the weight loss. One thing to remember, though - muscle is denser than fat, so you may get to a point where you can see yourself getting slimmer, but your weight doesn't change - this is normal and healthy, so don't worry!
Remember, despite what people try to tell you, there's no such thing as a "bad" food, it's just "bad" because of the amounts people often tend to eat. So long as everything is eaten in a balanced and sensible manner, then your body will be far healthier, you will feel far better and you will obtain the weight you want!
So go for it!

Apparently those who skip breakfast are more likely to put on weight as you'll crave sweet things later in the day. As a rule I don't eat breakfast & I'm not fat, even after having 3 children but it has been proven so eat something for breakfast, have lunch & tea, snack on fruit if you do get peckish but try to stick with the 3 meals a day & don't eat after 7pm if possible although sometimes it can't be avoided!

You probably aren't eating enough! You need to maintain sufficient amount of calories to lose weight otherwise your body thinks its going to starve so it will store what food you do eat as fat deposits to save in case you dont eat any more. You must eat 2000 calories a day and exercise regularly and sensibly then you will lose the weight. If you do this and reach a 'plateau'-where you seem to stop losing- you need to do more exerice then after a while it will start coming back off.

You have to be careful when restricting your food intake. Your intake sounds fine but a little light.
You could be throwing your body into the starvation mode by not taking in enough food. Your body will retain everything if it's gone into the starvation mode.
Try eating 4-6 light meals a day. It'll give you the full feeling and let your body know that it isn't in a starving situation.
If you need to eat the chocolate then limit that to 1/2 a bar a day. It should be enough to kill the craving, but still satisfy it.
What is 4/5 kg? 3-5 pounds?

Eating little but often usually helps you burn off the calories quicker - it's easier on the metabolism. But please, don't cut down on eating just to try to lose a bit of weight! It's not going to do you any good!! Your health is far more important than your weight...
take care xx

You probably need to see a dietician. Doens't sound like you're getting the full range of nutirents from this diet to be honest.
Alternatively there could be an underlying issue such as underactive thyroid or polycystic ovaries syndrome, both of which make it hard to lose weight.

The problem is you are not eating ENOUGH.You're eating little, which means your body doesnt know when its gonna get enough food next, so its in panic mode and storing what it can.You need the right balance of food and exercise. It works both ways, too much food or not enough food wont help you lose weight healthily.

It may be that you're not eating enough, thus your body has gone into what's known as starvation mode-which means it is retaining fats to keep you going. Eat a more balanced diet-pay more attention to the nutritional benefits so that your body is getting exactly what it needs, and you should see a difference.

you shouldn't be eating less, you should be eating more lower fat, lower calorie food very regularly, about once every 2 hours. this way your metrabolism is being sped up. if you dont eat enough, or you eat less, then your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to calories and fat. fruits are alright, but porridge, noodles and chocolate are very high in calories
for Lucianna- a stone = 14 poundz = 6.350kilograms = hope it helps
