My son is in forth grade & he insist on using one but I'm afraid it's too soon

I'm a very confident person, very happy with myself inside & out but I'm worried that a lot of my confidence has come from my looks. I realize the loss of my hair in the process of fighting cancer is a small thing in the big scope of the pic but I'm hoping that before I didn't put too much emphasis on my looks. I had long, thick blonde hair that I always got compliments on so I guess that was part of my identity but is that silly?

I have had this injury since I was a kid. Now I'm 30. I heard of surgery that can help but I'm concerned about how effective it would be. I'm wondering if I should just continue with cable machines and range of motion exercises.

Ok don't take this the wrong way or think I'm being perverted, but how do you pee?

What I mean is this, I went to the doctor for my yearly physical and I saw some posters on the wall. It showed the proper way to urinate for males and females. The female section it showed the female spreading her lips apart then urinating. Now, that got me thinking how many women actually do this and how many just let it go.

am currently burning 200 calories each (so it said on the machine) on the running + rowling + steping maching daily with 40 of those 'hanging in mid-air on ur elbows n then lifting my knees up to my chest' excercise. combining with a healhy diet of white meat + veg + fruit with no canbonhydrate. is that enough to slim me down by xmas? or can there be more?
