No they can't tell the difference. The only thing they can tell is after you lose your virginity. You have kinda like a little seal up inside that when you have sex the first time tears and causes an uncomfortable feeling and may also make you bleed. Other than that masturbating and using a tampon causes nothing to look different.

Depends on how long ago you mastubated. When a women becomes sexually arroused everything changes. The clit gets larger, the lips of the vagina retract slightly, etc, etc. If the exam is done shortly after masturbation a properly trained OB/GYN would be able to spot these physical differences.

Well if you show up in their office wearing a tampon they wil know you use them. And if you masturbate during the exam, they can figure out that one too. But unless you make it all pretty blatant, how would they tell the difference if you walked in without tampons and with your hands otherwise occupied.

No probably not. if you are using a large toy then it will look like sexual activity, not just a tampon, but even if they could who cares? your allowed to masturbate. It isnt a terrible thing and it is your body.

I think the doctor can tell if you are a virgen or not, so everything else shouldn't make a difference in you're exam.
