Yesterday, I woke up with a horrible, pounding headache. Worst headache I have ever had before. When I walked, with each pound of my foot, my upperback hurt. Today, that area of my back still hurts, and I can't look down with out stiffness and pain. I still have that pounding headache, although I only feel it when I cough, or stand up.

Would it be stupid to go to the doctor?

…. when I realised (which was straight away) I washed if off and carried on as normal BUT now that one armpit is sore and red. I have not been using any product under that one arm for a week and washing every day with very mild soap and water but it is still red and a little itchy. Has this happened to you and what did you do?
I will go see a doctor but the next appointment is days away and I was wondering if you know of any good creams or cures for inflamed skin that I could try to reduce the redness and pain.

Does anyone know what dark marks mean under the finger nail? I have been getting them for a long time now, they start near the base of the nail and move up the nail as it grows. It's not a bruise. I know white marks are lack of calcuim but these are dark dark red lines. Any clues?

my left corner of my eye won"t stop twitching and the corner of my left lip has a slow movement like a little worm inside.My dotor and eye doctor said it is too much coffee and stress.Why can"t I beleive them.I keep looking in the mirror. am driving myself crazy.My doctor was so sure he said I did not even need any blood work.He said cut down on coffee and take a hot bath. kwow I drink alot of coffee.And ever since my brother and his wife broke up this has been happening.Even ever since I got a cumputer.HELP!!!!

I have had insomnia for the past 3 days - less than 4hrs sleep.
I am soooo exhausted today...and I have to work tonight at my second job as a cashier. What could I take to relieve my achy muscles..keep me awake and alert. I have taken my multivitamin and an extra B - Complex. Drank a large latte. And have stretched.

Hello. I have to have a general anesthetic (cry). Am so petrified, and terriffied about it all. This will be my first time, and i don't know what to expect? What will happen? And what does it feel like? Really needs words of advice, to calm me down. Does it hurt, because i hate needles. Also my first time in hospital, so extremely nervous about that as well. ok re-read my last question about having two periods...i started oct. 25th ended on the 31st, normal period. than Nov. 5th i started again!! and didnt end till the 11th, i had alot of bleeding and regular cramps, and now TODAY i started AGAIN!! whats wrong? any similar problems u had? i know i need to go to planned parent hood to find out but i havn't made an appt yet.
