I have had insomnia for the past 3 days - less than 4hrs sleep.
I am soooo exhausted today...and I have to work tonight at my second job as a cashier. What could I take to relieve my achy muscles..keep me awake and alert. I have taken my multivitamin and an extra B - Complex. Drank a large latte. And have stretched.

Coffee or Tea is good, but also drink a big glass of water. If you need a pain reliever, use Tylenol, because the others (Aleve and Ibuprofen) are for inflammation. Run in place for about 10 seconds, really hard and really fast, and at the same time shout, "I'm gonna feel good today! I'm gonna feel good today!...." Don't forget to breath deeply. Shallow breathing tends to make you feel tired.
Through the day, if you drink caffeinated drinks, try having at least a little water between each one.

properly, thinking your very energetic, you likely have an excellent type of muscle. you should likely nevertheless do a touch firming routines though. try the wii fit! That element pushed me and that i lost about 40 5 lbs. and that i'm 14 years previous. To lose that a lot weight, I also watch what I eat. reduce out about 500 energy on a daily foundation, till you're already less than eating. also, in case you don't want to count number energy, try basically slicing out cakes and don't have too a lot sugar. One very last element that helped me replaced into component administration. i wish those issues helped and good success!

I would call in and sleep, but that seems to not be an option for u. Take some tylenol or ibuprofen for the aches and some caffiene pills for the tiredness. If u r unable to sleep, and it is not just because u have other things to do, u need to go to ur dr when u get off of work.
