6 months ago I was thirty pounds heavier than I am currently. I read a book called "Body For Life" ( www.bodyforlife.com) and tweeked it a little based on my preferences (didn't believe in the supplements because I didn't feel this would be something I would continue with for my entire life) and I feel great. Everyone says the key to weight loss is eating right and exercise and their right but they forget one important part and that's dedication. You need to find what is going to motivate you to make the appropriate changes. My motivation was just being healthy and thus I didn't call it a diet I called it a lifestyle change, because that's what it really is. I feel great, I have tons of energy and I look better than I did 10 years ago. Good Luck!

my suggestion, forget all the weight loss regimins and make sure first it isnt a physical problem.( thyroid) After having my second baby I went from a size 7 to an 18 took 2and a half yrs to take it off butt to this day I can attest to stopping the snacking after 6pm Start walking everyday for at least 20 to30 minutes at night and drink plenty of water. 6to8 glasses a day for a healthy bladder. Of course you have to watch what your eating. I am happy to say this really did work for me to this day I have had 2 more children and wear a size 4.

first it is not that easy to do it you need determination and second the best complex is (sport+Diet) you have to work out man and follow a fat burning training how? take this equasion 220-your age you will get the maximum heart rate and then take 65 % of that you will get your fat burning zone what shall you do with this?? as we know(sport experets) the fat start to be burning after 15 minute of the fat burning training so get up on your treadmill or byk or even swimming and start to work out till your heart beats reach the 65% of your maximum heart rate and keep around this number in your heart beats for at least 45 min doing this 4 times a weak at least you will start tofind deffrence after 4 weeks and ofcours this must be during you following a diet plane which if you want i can post it to your mail or you can ask for it from several web sit or through a dietition
