i can move my head to the left and up and down but not to the left how do i make this go away please help me. It hurts really bad!!

try using a heating pad or taking a hot shower. If this still persist, see a Chiropractor ASAP.

First of all, you may have a stiff neck from your pillow. You may want to change pillows. But what you should do is have some massage out the knot that is more than likely in your neck. Also, try to put a numbing agent on it, like IcyHot or Biofreeze. They both seem to work pretty well.

Try some Ben Gay or other ointment. Maybe a massage on the muscles that are hurting. You should probably go to a doctor if the pain doesn't go away after a while.

Get a massage, get rid of the mental or emotional tension, take aspirin. Of course, I bet yer not stoopid like me: two years ago, mine hurt intensely bad and it turned out I had broken a neck bone. It's healed now. I got lucky.

Sounds like a muscle spasm. Can anyone give you a massage? You can take a couple of ibuprofen (Motrin) Sometimes a warm shower helps, or a heating pad.

It could well be a pulled muscle, try some deep heat and see how it goes. If its no better in a couple of days then see a doctor :D

Is this something new, something sudden like an accident..did you sleep funny.. this is sometimes from trauma.. if so.. se a real Doctor. (not chiropractor), if from sleeping funny or jarring it somehow (sports).. massage will sometimes help, heat may help in combination with gentle stretching... personally, if this is not from trauma, i would see a massage therapist who specializes in sports massage..good luck..

you need a massage. That's about all you can do! Massage it yourself..put some ice or a warm compress on it. It'll go away enventually
