Honey you need to let your parents know or if not them then a close family friend. It is very important because you need them to take you to a doctor. But if your really scared of telling anybody then I suggest that you get a pregnancy test from your local pharmacy. I hope every thing works out ok for you. And try not to be scared any more. Because you will always have family who will love you and support you no matter what.

No one on this board can tell if you're pregnant or not. Your symptoms could be caused by a lot of different things. Stop torturing yourself - go get a pregnancy test. The longer you wait, the worse you will feel.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

We can't tell you if you're pregnant. There's three things you need to do.
1) Recall whether or not you've had sex.
Due to your coming on this board asking whether or not you're pregnant, I don't believe it's unreasonable to consider that maybe you think you're pregnant without ever having had sex.
2) Get a pregnancy test. They sell them at every drugstore.
3) Use protection next time, and every time.

are you using contraception when you have sex??? you sound young, you sound confused and i'm inclined to say this is normal teenage hormonal mood swings. i think you have an underlying problem here.... time to get to your g.p if you are unable to talk to anyone else. and please, if you are having sex - use something!!!!! condoms, the pill, the implant, the injection, whatever. it's all free in the uk, and unwanted/surprise pregnancies are very avoidable.
