What can i eat or drink besides energy drinks to help me stay up for school today?

Try citrus or spicy foods. Just stay away from starches/carbs because they can have a sleepy effect. Lots of protien, too for keeping your brain sharp.

Also, have you tried getting extra sleep??? Good Luck!

Eat healthy, especially breakfast and make sure to get plenty of exercise (at least 30 min. daily). You being tired could be do to those things. Also make sure your getting plenty of sleep (6-8 hours nightly).

Juices always worked for me - natural sugar is better than caffeine.
