That should make a noticeable difference to your body shape, energy and fitness. It is very important not just to eat the right foods but when you eat the right foods. Avoid carbs in the evening is a must. Best morning food is a bowl of porridge as it releases the energy slowly through the morning and keeps the hunger pangs away until lunch time. Don't starve yourself.
Most importantly when checking progress over the coming weeks, don't worry about weight as the fat you are burning off will be offset by an increase in muscle (which weighs more than the same volume of fat) so you might not see a huge change in wieght but you should see a good change of shape.

If you really want to look slimmer, you'll want to also do exercises that build muscle mass, which in turn increases your resting metabolic rate. Add weight-training to your regimine.

Depending on whether you are male or female (men build muscle mass more easily than women, generally), you could realistically lose 5 - 10 pounds by Christmas if you are consistent and do not starve yourself.

And by the way -- some carbs are good for you. You need them for energy. Stick with whole foods and no "white" foods (no sugar, white bread, etc.).

hun dont listen to the calorie counters on the machines they are not accurate at all as how can they decide what ur metabolic rate is?, u need to have atleast 5small meals a day and dont eat to late as ur body will store it as fat as u are not exercisin when u r asleep, the best thing to do is to do alot of squats and also use a swiss ball or a body pod to tone up hope it helps x

You do not have to cut out any food groups- you should eat at least a little from each one. Low carb/no carb does not work.

I would need to know abit more than just what you do at the gym. Its all about your heart rate training zones. If youre not working at 80% you will find that you wont achieve your results.
