This has been my problem ever since. I usually don't have small pimples or acne on my face, but I have a big pimple either on my forehead or at the tip of my nose instead. It's really frustrating, since it's always been the center of attention due to it's size and redness. The pimple usually comes out before I have my period and stays up to more or less 2 weeks. It appears again the next month during my period. Can anybody help? thanks

keep it clean, do not pop as it may leave scars..
people have different skin types, one moisturizer and/or pimple gel / anti acne solution may or may not be effective on you. bad thing is, it might get worse if keep trying or putting something on it. Also, you may be suffering from adult acne which is normal. it may be caused by too much stress or probably your PMS. i suggest you consult your dermatologist first to get the right medications

Ummm, u might have to face it. It seems as if there is nothing u can do about it. Its your way of PMSing, the only thing u can do is probably wash your face with soap and water two times a day. Do not pop it, it might get infected and later cause scarring. It's better to leave it like that and hope your body will change in the future on how u will deal with PMS.

I would suggest first washing your hands and then carefully popping it to get all of the bacteria out. Then wash it with soap and water or a facewash and then putting a little bit of rubbing alcohol or witch hazel on a cotton ball and applying it to the infected area. It should dry it out pretty fast.
