How can I grow taller. I am 16 and my height is 5ft8 but I want to at least reach 6ft. Everytime I look for tips on the net, advertisements of books on how to grow taller pop up and never tips on how to actually grow.

Ok so I have been looking at this site for a while now & see lots of questions about preferences. (shaved v natural, shape, size(yawn yawn) etc)
However I have not seen anything concerning smell
So my question is - freshly scrubbed or not
I will start the ball rolling - my preference is definately with a little "character" if you know what I mean
Incidentally some useless facts from history - I read that Nelson (HMS victory & battle of trafalgar etc) used to write home ahead of his return to port requesting that his lover not bathe for a 3 week period prior to his homecoming. A little OTT for my taste - but whatever turns you on.....

no matter what I eat or do.. if I drink beer my weight loss goals get ruined. isn't there a way to drink beer occasionally without gaining weight???

Ok this might sound odd but i peed into a water bottle about 3-4 days ago..the urine was concentrated i didnt drink much that day..Anyways I had forgot about the bottle being in my bathroom behind the toliet..So today i see it,and when i look at the bottom there was something in there that had settled like little particles..I was an er the other day after this,and my urine showed minor trace of blood but they wrent concerned..i was checking urine for a 24 hr urine test,I used the bottle before I got a recpitacle from th the lab,they were out..
Weid quetion..
By the way i know urine after 4 hours goes bad bacteria can grow and so forth could that be it,or was it blood?

I read somewhere that it is possible to lose 7 pounds in week if you excercise regularly but you can only eat fruits, veg and drink water and fruit juices. I want to get more details since there was not much info.

Hello Everyone,

Heres my problem, i'm in absolute agony, my doc has prescribed me with some anti-biotics, but i'm off to Holland for the England friendly on tuesday, i will be drinking when i'm there which is very ill advised by my doc.

I am to take 2 pills a day.

If i took 3 a day my dosage would be complete just in time for me to go... will i be ok?

ok i have an oral presentation coming up in a couple of days where i have to stand up in front of my spanish class and give a presentation all in spanish describing my family whole holding up family pictures. Im freaking out. i was supposed to do it today but i told my professor that my pictures are at home and i wouldnt be able to get them till this weekend. So now i have to do it for sure this tuesday. If ur just gonna say get over it or just do it dont even bothering answering this one. For those of u not knowing what it feels like to worry about this as much as i do dont know what im going through right now. What should i do? I feel like ill get an anxiety attack.

I have used up alot of time searching over the internet for Atkins Nutritionals Shake Mix in Vanilla. It appears it has been taken off the market and I just cannot find it anywhere. Last time I got it from the local Walmart but then they stopped carrying it. Is there any place at all that still carries it for sale? If there is, could someone please help me with this or redirect me to someone who can? I would appreciate any and all help. No wild goose chases- I found one site but there are not maintaining it, I even called an 800 number to see if it was in stock. Thank you in advance.

I went to a doctor because I had trouble breathing. I had no fever but I was so sick! I felt like I had pneumonia. He said it was allergies. So now I take benadryl for my allergies. I have noticed that whenever my allergies flare up, I get down in the dumps and depressed. I also have anxiety attacks occasionally. For me at least; it seems like there is somewhat of a connection. If I take my allergy medication I am able to breathe alot better and I dunnot have anxiety attacks at all. I was born with asthma but as an adult my asthma has vanished. Now its a matter of keeping my allergies in check. I guess the reason I'm asking this question is because I wonder if it has ever been investigated. After all; allergies are very common and so is panic disorder.
