There could be several reasons that you are having dizzy spells.
The biggest one is probably not enough calories, and not eating before exercising. Have an apple with a bit of peanut butter, or low-carb granola bar 30min-1 hr before exercising. The bare minimum for a woman for calories is 1200, and if you are exercising regularly that probably isn't sufficient.
You also need to be sure that you are getting plenty of fluids. Dizziness could be due to a drop in blood pressure due to dehydration. Your best bet would be to consult your physician before starting a new diet/exercise plan, especially if you are severely overweight, live a sedentary lifestyle, and/or have pre-existing health problems.

Probably due to your weight loss schedule. As for ideal calorie consumption, that would depend on your BMR ( Body Mass Ratio ) .
Have your Blood Pressure checked and consult a dietician before undertaking a diet.Your body should not lose out on important nutrients while you are controlling weight.

First of all, stop counting calories. You are dizzy because you're not eating enough. Start eating again. To lose weight, the best way is cardiovascular exercise.

Tell the oral sex guy to go perform it on the tailpipe of his car.
Dizziness can be serious.
2,000 calories a day is good, balance the calories by grazing, eat five times a day, but small portions of healthy food,
Get a good book on the Grazing method of eating,. you will feel much better, have more energy and you might just end up a happier person.
Before you do all this, please see your doc. so he can run a workup on you to make sure it is a food issue and not a medical one.
Please let me know how you're doing.
