Too many dreams each night affected the quality of my sleep and lead to isomnia at times. Wish for some methods to put myself into a good sleep.

Smoke weed every day ... and you won't even realize ONE dream!

yeah, seriously...drunk helps you to have zero dreams. Also zero real quality sleep, but whatever.

Don't be so quick to assume that it's the dreams that are causing the insomnia...there may be something else going on. For example, are you having stress dreams or nightmares? If so, you're probably under a lot of stress all the time, which can also lead to insomnia--but the dreams don't CAUSE the insomnia. Your stress is just coming out in whatever way it can--sometimes dreams, sometimes no sleep. In that case, you don't want to avoid dreaming; you want to do what you can to reduce your stress.

If your day doesn't involve any physical activity, try doing some physical workout.
And before going to sleep, tell yourself that you are not going to dream tonight.

Stress is a huge factor in getting deep slumber, stress yourself(!!!!!!!!) or you could watch/read something so that your eyes would be tired and you could get deep sleep and deep sleep results to no dreams at all... That's a natural way.
