A drug test tests for drugs. Whether or not you're menstruating doesn't have anything to do with that. But yeah, it's usually fairly obvious, and there wouldn't be any need to "detect" it.

If you're worried about having a urine test while menstruating, don't worry if you use tampons as the blood will not get into your sample. If you use pads, there might be some blood in the urine but they are testing for drugs only, so it should not make a difference. If someone is going to watch you take the drug test - watch you pee in the cup - you may want to reschedule for another time after your period. They should understand the situation.

yes. Any urin test will show menstration.

both urinalysis or blood test can detect menstruation, so probably yes DRUG TEST can detect that it's your ovulation time.

menstruation is clearly VISIBLE in urine....so
there are easy tests if it is not visible to the naked eye but a drug test is specifically for drugs so will not test for such
