Abdominal scan
Liver : the liver is normal in size with smooth outline and homogenous echogenicity.no focal lesion is seen.
Gallbladder : the gallbladder is well defined with no stone in situ or thickened wall. The ductal systems are normal
Pancreas : the pancreas is normal in outline and echogenicity the lesser sac are normal. No lesser sac mass is seen
Spleen : the spleen is normal in size outline and echogenicity.
Kidneys : right renal length = 111mm
Left renal length = 119mm
The capsules are smooth with well differtiated corticomedullary patterns. No ascites is seen no cyst, mass or focal lesion is seen. No para-aortic lymphadenopathy is seen.

I always get these dried up, really really really bad smelling, snot-rocks in the back of my throat (unless they're not really snot and something else?).. anyone else get these? anything to be done? they hurt.

sometimes when i am laying in bed tryin to go to sleep I cant because i feel if i go to sleep i wont be able to breathe. i guess this has to do with my breathing slowing down when i go to sleep but does anyone else ever feel like that?

I'm about to take some medicine but mucos keeps coming out of my nose it always leaks. I am 24 and my hubby is 30, we've been married for 2 months. We have a great sex life, but the problem is that i hv not had an orgasm so far in any of our love making sessions. He is too good at bed, we indulge into long foreplay about 1 hr long, and then the final act, it lasts for about 15-20 mins. But still i am not able to climax. He's very caring, and feels bad about not being able to make me ***. I really enjoy everything he does to me and am extremely satisfied with it, but he says that in long term this condition might affect me, so he desperately wants to make me ***. I don't want to fake orgasms and lie to him, coz i am very uncomfortable with it. But i really want that i may orgasm just for his satisfaction. I also feel that i am a bit less active on bed compared to him. So plz tell me what can i do in this situation, is it pssible for me to do smthing extra to reach an orgasm. My life is quite OK, but I feel so down all the time - nothing really makes me as happy as it used to, and nothing excites me, I'm just this cynical sad slob for no apparent reason. Is that what happens when people turn 30, or is there something wrong about the way I approach life? Is it maybe wrong to expect it'll be a blast, and that's why I feel that way?
