No. The blood comes from your veighns, not your nose tissue.

First its not a stupid question. 2nd yes 3rd do take care ur nose don’t bleed much. If it start try to stop that . the best thing to stop that is to stand upside down. And if u stand upside down for 3 hours daily u will never have a nose bleed.

Sometimes your nose bleeds due to allergies, thin capillary vessels in nose, high altitude, medication which slows the formation of platelets which clot your blood.
Please let me know what you mean by smaller?

No, it might be the opposite since it gets a little swollen sometimes specially when trying to stop the blood flow.
